Founder and President of B2B Credit Consulting, LLC,  located in Arvada, Colorado, Louise, has worked in the Credit field since 1989 in a variety of industries and since 1994 has worked in B2B A/R and Credit Management.

 Louise is certified on the copyrighted "Profit System of Credit Management."  She also graduated from the University of Texas and has earned the Certified Credit Executive (CCE®) designation from the National Association of Credit Management.

Prior to entering consulting, Louise served as an Area Credit Manager for Rexel, the largest worldwide electrical parts and supply distributor.  Prior to that, she was the Credit Manager for a $28M/year distributor and fabricator of fire protection systems with three locations in Colorado, Arizona and New Mexico.

 Not wanting to be called an "Accountant" or a "Collector" Louise always aimed beyond these classic descriptions to play the roles of problem-solver, process-improvement troubleshooter, sales support and wherever else in the business that problems were delaying customers paying their invoices.  She always knew that the credit department could play a valuable role in improving profitability.

No Assignment
All work is done on-site at the client’s place of business, and in the client’s name.  All payments go directly to the client, not some 3rd party.  Clients retain total control over their accounts and over the work done.

Completion of the Sale
Utilizing a proven Sales Approach to Collections our trained and certified personnel identify and resolve whatever problem(s) stands in the way of payment.  The game plan is to speed up cash flow without the loss of good will. 

Feed Back on Areas of Opportunity
In the course of dealing with past due customers we  uncover glitches in our clients' business processes . . . at no additional charge we provide clients with a report pinpointing Areas of Opportunity for Improvement.
