Mr.Josef Busuttil, Director General of MACM,  was a founder of the Malta Association of Credit Management, www.macm.org.mt , in 2001. MACM is a national organisation for the promotion and protection of all credit interests pertaining to Maltese businesses. He has since also  been elected Vice President of FECMA – Federation of European Credit Management Associations (www.fecma.eu) 

Founder of JBConsult (www.jbconsult.biz), a consultancy firm offering innovative training and consultancy services related to Profit Centered Credit Management, Josef has sixteen years experience in the Financial Services Sector.  

Mr. Busuttil, has  a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing from The Chartered Institute of Marketing (UK), following which he became member of the Institute. In 2007 he was awarded Chartered Marketer status by the  Institute. He has also obtained his Masters in Business Administration - Henley Management College (UK).  

In recognition to his work in the field of credit management, both in Malta and in Europe, Josef was awarded an Honorary Fellowship by the Institute of Credit Management of the UK . 

Josef lectures on Advanced Credit Management and Business Studies,  has participated and contributed to  business seminars and conferences internationally in Belgium, France, Italy,  Mexico, and the UK. In addition Josef is a regular contributor of business articles to local and foreign business publications and is a contributor to and editor of the international publication, "Credit Crunch Matters" , 2009. 

Mr. Busuttil  recieved his training on the copyrighted Profit System of B2B Credit Sales and A/R Management in Canon City, Colorado, USA and is  certified to train others on the Profit System.
